Paul Batcheller | PrairieGold Venture Partners
Paul is a Partner at PrairieGold Venture Partners where he oversees all aspects of the firm's investment activities, from sourcing, structuring and negotiating investments to serving as a board member for portfolio companies. He currently serves on the boards of iCentera, Game Plan Technologies and Augusta Systems. Prior to joining PrairieGold, Paul served as an advisor to Senator Tom Daschle, where he worked on economic policy, science and technology issues. He received his B.A. in economics from Macalester College.
Steve Robson | Sustainable Conversion Ventures
Steve has built, managed and acquired a wide range of businesses including a cable company, homebuilding company, oil and gas drilling comapny, apartment management company, apartment construction company, water and sewer companies, and a medical software company. It is Steve's vison to extend his investment portfolio to include sustainable alternative energy technologies that will create sustainable waste conversion and energy solutions for a cleaner tomorrow. Steve is a native of Arizona and graduated from Colorado College with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
Ken Richards | Leaf Resources
Ken is currently the CEO of Leaf Resources Limited, an Australian based, ASX listed company (ASX:LER) that is commercializing the GlycellTM process. The GlycellTM process is an innovative biorefining technology that breaks down plant biomass efficiently and economically to enable the creation of sustainable, renewable products. He has over 30 years of experience as a Managing Director in various listed and unlisted companies across the agriculture, finance and technology sectors. Ken holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration degrees from University of Western Australia, he is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and also a Director of Dubber Ltd (ASX:DUB) and GolfAustralia.
Bill is an independent consultant advising biofuel and renewable chemical companies on commercial partnerships and M&A. He is an independent member of Gevo and Genomatica Board of Directors. Bill has previously served in many executive roles in both the biorefining and specialty chemical space, including Genomatica and Diversa (now known as Verenium Corporation), International Specialty Products, Inc. and Betz Laboratories. Bill holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Widener University.
